Chop Wood Carry Water Plant Seeds is a blog about Self-Sufficient Homesteading. How can we live by creating a sustainable bio-diverse world, instead of by consuming and destroying the only one we have? What kind of teaching have you got if you exclude nature?

The Red Thingy

I have found this creature in a mud puddle made by a truck, amongst other microorganisms like Daphnia, Mosquito larvae, Micro Worms and others ... Its size is ~1mm. I have never seen this one before ... Its fascinating. It could be some kind of a water spider or some water mite or some tiny crab with small claws ... dunno?
EDIT; I just found the info its a Water Mite
